#AskTheExpert howlong it will take to regain menstruation after normal delivery for a breastfeeding mother?For me it's almost 6 months after delivery and not yet regained it.

Sometimes periods get delayed for more than one year after delivery and it is because of hormonal changes in body after delivery. So you don’t have to worry about it at all. You can continue breastfeeding your baby. And if you doesn’t get your periods even after one year then you have to consult with your gynaecologist about it
