A. Hi mom Have warm lemon honey water daily empty stomach in the morning to burn fat. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. It is advised to start with the exercise after six months of delivery Then u can start with yoga cycling jogging dance etc to reduce the belly fat
