A. Hello You can low weight, by 1. Avoiding foods like sugar, sweets, fried, junk, bakery 2 including nutritious foods like salads, Vegetables, sprouts, Dal's, skim milk, egg whites, curd, low fat paneer 3. exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast
