A. Hai good evening !! Did you mean reducing weight?? Have balanced diet with three meals and 2 snacks include fruits and vegetables,more water and fluids. Avoid oily,junk, processed, sugar which will put on additional weight. Do walking 15-20 daily , avoiding high calorie,junk, oily foods, sugar sweets will help you in reducing weight. For workouts consult Gynaecologist if you recently delivered (below a year), doctor will recommend you workouts depending on body type,mode of delivery.
