A. since you have completed 9 months after delivery you can start with regular daily walking and exercises to reduce the tummy do not go for heavy workout immediately but start with some mild exercise

If you are no more breastfeeding your child then you can go ahead with the proper diet plan you can consult a dietician to give you a good diet to lose on the way and if you are interested in proper workout then I would suggest that you should go ahead with that as that is equally important as a diet is
