#asktheexpert How to protect my baby from cold during winter...since after bath she used to have running water from her nose...also nutrition advice like what kind kind of food is good for her growth nd development...thank you

do avoid cold wind and cold climate, keep her in comfortable warm room.
do mustard oil massage, it will help your baby to cure from cold n cough
