first , limit milk intake.
give Healthy options like fruits, nuts,dry fruits,besan ladoo, golpappdi, dates ladoo etc
you can check dates ladoo recipe in my profile.
avoid buying chocolates or any other junk food items even for your self too
because kids learn most of the things by imitating their parents
so set good example by following healthy eating habits
