Decorate your child's meals by adding colore fruits and veggies, cut sandwich, paratha, chilla using cutters and make the plate look fun. This will increase child's acceptability towards new foods.
You can try following recipes which are kid friendly as well as nutritious - aloo cheese tikki, paneer corn chaat, banana peanut butter milkshake, nuts ladoo,soya chunk pulao, sprout dosa, mango lassi, deviled eggs.

Serve in a kiddie bowl or plate or cup with straw in different shapes and colors. Mix variety of foods so that maximum nutrition can be given even in smaller quantities. Keep giving finger foods so that he/she tries to eat on own.
