It seems the baby is only 3 months old so I would suggest to wait one more month before beginning any weight loss journey
As your body needs complete rest
Also if normal delivery you can start with exercise along with right diet from 5 months and if c section start with exercise after 6 month
In diet reduce excess intake of ghee, oil, sugar and salt rich foods
Take more vegetables, fruits, oats, daliya, wheat, daal, sprouts soya in the diet
Take warm water after every meal
Avoid eating after 8 pm
Bedi time u can have a glass of milk with little dry fruits
Water 2-3 litre per day
s madaanMom of a 9 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. to lose the weight it is important that you are helping by going ahead for a proper meal plan for yourself to not go for dieting but you should do some exercise and take care that you are avoiding excess of oil
