A. Dear mum, to loose weight, you should eat mindfully. Avoid high calorie foods, processed and packaged foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise every day for 45 to 60 minutes and have an active lifestyle.

A. 1st off eat healthy.. then do light excercises etc as time permits.. but if you're not able to, don't worry, just have fun with your baby and be proud you have a cutie.. weight loss will happen.. :)

A. Hello good afternoon !! It takes 5-6 months to recover from delivery C-section. Have Balanced diet with fibre foods,water, fluids..Ask Gynaecologist suggestion about exercise work outs and go for check up once. You can start walking daily to control weight avoid sugar processed foods, maida,oily,junk which add on weight.
