my wait is 60kg.how to loss wait

A. Hi Mom, do not worry, try to focus on eating a healthy and balanced diet. you can include variety of homecooked foods. include whole grains and millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, fresh amd seasonal fruits and vegetables, healthy fats in small quantities and adequate water to keep you hydrated. add small mid-meals after every 2 hours,maintain regular meal timings. avoid junk and processed foods, fried foods, carbonated beverages, maida / refined flour, excess salt, sugar and fats. you can also start with walk, yoga or exercises.
