Hello mom minimum time is mostly the short cuts also it also depends on your metabolism as well, weight loss is a gradual process and hence would suggest to be mindful of what you eat and prefer to avoid sugary and processed foods, also involve in some form of physical activity for atleast 30 to 45 mins a day
