Loosing post partum weight needs dedication and healthy lifestyle
Have small and frequent meals
Include protein with every meal like dal ,
Chana/chola/rajma/sprouts, paneer, milk, curd, eggs , soyabean
Start your lunch and dinner with a glass of water and salad
Have 3 major meals and 2 small snack
Snack options fruits or buttermilk or lemon water with chia seeds or coconut water or makhana or roasted nuts and seeds
Avoid excess intake of bread, biscuits, chips, fried food, sweet and sugary products and drinks, sugar
Workout for 30-45 min 6 times a week
Water 2-3 litre per day
Have jeera and Ajwain water after lunch and dinner
