Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. only way to lose weight after surgery is to do exercises but we had to wait at least of the six months for doing moderate exercises brisk walk in yoga jogging will help

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you will have to eat right and healthy diet. Include salads and protein in your diet. Drink lots of water, and eat dry fruits but in limit.
Avoid sugar and maida totally.
avoid munching in between meals. Do simple exercises.
