Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. at this age to have to offer breastfeeding to the child again and again and that will help in improving the hydration in the body as well as we'll take care of the normal skin hydration so keep the child well hydrated by breastfeeding and keep the child in cool atmosphere
