#asktheexpert how to increase the weight of my son .what type of meal should b included in his diet ? which milk is preferable to him?

A. Dear parent, to increase the weight of your son, you should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give any pasteurised milk to your baby along with breastfeeding. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds, walnuts to baby’s foods. Add ghee to baby’s food. Give 5 meals a day and up to one katori every time.
