Hello mom you have to avoid too much of unnecessary snacks and give timely food, also seasonal fruits and vegetables are beneficial , avoid too much of milk consumption as well . Get him involved in some physical activity preferably outdoor if possible so that he gets tired and feels hungry
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello try to include more of fruits whch is a natural appetizer that can help to improve the child's appetitte and also try giving small portion of food frequently instead of one large meal at a time and it would be better too
