ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. You can increase the breast milk supply by taking Shatavari kalp two tablespoon with milk or else you can take tablet lactare three times in a day for 15 to 20 days.
And as you feed your baby more frequently the breast milk supply increases itself
also properly latching is very important

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. It’s recommended that you exclusively breastfeed the child for first six months and if the child does not gain weight with that at least a minimum of 500 g in a month then you should start giving powder milk to the child for total weight of your child
