A. You can increase the breast milk supply by taking Shatavari kalp two tablespoon with milk or else you can take tablet lactare three times in a day for 15 to 20 days. And as you feed your baby more frequently the breast milk supply increases itself also properly latching is very important

A. It’s recommended that you exclusively breastfeed the child for first six months and if the child does not gain weight with that at least a minimum of 500 g in a month then you should start giving powder milk to the child for total weight of your child
