Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello dear for increasing breast milk you have to take proper diet including more green vegetabless, dry fruits, sabudana take zera and sauf water in morning. increase intake of water. and breastfeeding in regular basis also helps in increasing breast milk supply. you can try Philips Avent breast pump regularly. #parentyourway
