#asktheexpert how to increase baby weight?? what is the proper diet for a 3.6 year old??

A. To increase the weight of child, it is important to include fatty and protein rich foods in the diet like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, rice water and 550 to 650 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks. Keep him/her well hydrated with variety of fluids like water, buttermilk, fresh juices, smoothies, coconut water, etc.
