#asktheexpert how to improve iron level.... now iam 8month pregnancy

A. if your iron level is below 9 then it is better to consult with your doctor for either iron infusion or increase the doors of iron supplement. some diet : Dark green leafy vegetables, such as spinach. Dried fruit, such as raisins and apricots. Iron-fortified cereals, breads and pastas. Peas. iron-fortified bread and breakfast cereal. nuts and seeds. dried fruit.

A. take iron supplements in the night and calcium supplements in day time ...take spinach soup daily adding lemon in it ...it increases iron absorption in the body ...ragi ata is also a good source...add apricot , fig , and black deats ,black resin in diet

A. hello you should try to have iron rich food in the diet and also check with your doctor if you will need iron supplement in addition and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same an advise you accordingly which is better and safe
