#asktheexpert how to improve breast milk my baby is a month old at night time feeding is not sufficient to her, how can I overcome this problem?

A. you can take lactation tablets. you yourself drink milk before going to bed. add ghee and zeera to your curries. eat porridge. drink lots of fluids. this will surely help in increasing the milk supply. at night time if the child is getting up again and again for the feed,you can give one top feed with formula milk like lactogen or nanpro. do share the feedback

A. You can’t eat more of lactation supplements la Shatavari powder that is what is going to be helpful in increasing your breast feeding and get if you are unable to produce sufficient milk then in that case it would be advisable to give formula feeding to the child
