Q.

Good Morning madam, i have 2.5 month baby. I am giving breast feeding. I am in confusion that my breast milk is not being sufficient to my baby daughter. how can i improve my breast milk, please suggest madam

A. it is always better to take help from your lactation expert who will recommend you various methods for improvement. It is completely related to hormones and the signal sent to the brain rso it is very impojrtant to stay positively motivated.medicines are not of much help.if there is pain you can apply cold press locally and take Dolo tablet which is safe.

A. To improve breastmilk supply, include protein and other nutrient rich foods in your diet like fenugreek seeds, cumin, carom seeds, brown rice, oats with nuts, legumes, ghee, chicken, egg, broccoli, beans, avocado, dry fruits, garlic, fennel seeds and milk. While nursing, keep massaging the breasts and latch baby frequently as supply largely depends on the demand. #ParentYourWay
