Q.

#AskTheExpert how to handle the toddler after newborn arrived.. Though she loves the newborn but her possessive feeling arises a lot. she talks just the opposite of what we say, may be positive or negative... cries a lot for no reason, but when we ask the reason she couldn't say the actual one and gives some reason... not interested or fear to study... keeps eating continuously one or the other..

A. Hello mom It’s a phase and mostly common among the older sibling due to the younger one .. over a period of time it will settle down .. don’t scold at her .. just understand her .. and make her involve when taking take of the baby .. like handing you the diaper .. singing songs for the baby .. keeping an eye on the baby .. etc .. it’s difficult but try to give some time to her and talk or tell stories or play with her
