For belly fat reduction workout is important and as u have undergone c section so just weight of 1-2 months more before starting with exercise as it will help to reduce the fat
Have small and frequent meals
Include oats, chia seeds, ragi, green vegetables, fruits , sprouts, soya , paneer in the diet
Green tea will also helps
Completely stop bakery products, fried foods, sugar and sugary drinks
Water 2-3l per day
Surbhi MalhotraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Belly fat in C section delivery will take time to get off. you can start with light yoga with proper instructor. Donot do any exercise without instructions as can affect the body. Take proper healthy diet for strength
