#asktheexpert how to get rid of chocolate addiction my child is 2 yrs 8 months old and one day some of relatives gave him a chocolate since then he always wanted to eat chocolate he urges to eat both morning and evening he don't want to take his regular meal also he eats dosa chilla Paratha only but don't like any type of veggies n dal . but my concern how to change the habit of chocolate he screams If we not provide him

A. Chocolates are actually very addictive due to high content of sugar and it’s not very healthy to be given to the child as it affects the immune system system of kids so it’s okay what you do is just tell your child to eat proper lunch then I’ll give you one portion of chocolate chocolate and in the night if you have proper dinner dinner I’ll give you another one portion of chocolate in the night so just start Rationing in the chocolate that you are giving to the child and that is going to work don’t just take it away immediately immediately or instantly just do it with the process of the childhood also be comfortable
