NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello have plenty of water and stay hydrated which is important and frequently wash face which also will be helpful but of the pimples are more then it would be better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
