A. For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support. Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor.

A. to induce labour do some breathing exercises.. brisk walking.. have warm serves.. follow your gynae.. take care take rest.. best wishes thanks for reaching the panel
