Normal delivery tips. How i can prepare myself for normal delivery. Any food or drink can shorten labour pain length????

A. hi would be mom it has to be normal delivery usually unless babies cord gets entangled or baby passes stool inside or so or any other issue please check with doctor

A. meri b normal dilvery hui thi to m apna experience deti hu mne 8mnth start hote hi dudh m ghee milkr pina start Kiya tha nd daily excercis krti thi maximum 30 min morning walk rat ko khane ke bad ghumti thi 20 min 9mnth ke 5days bad hi labour pain start hogya jab pain hora tha tb b ghumri thi nd chai m ghee milkar Piya tha 1_2 bar bs jbtk apko lge nahi ki baby ab niche agya ap bs walking krte rhna chhye kitna b pain ho

A. dear if all the blood investigations are normal and USG is also normal then you can go for normal delivery....when u complete your 37 weeks of gestation then you can have dryfruits,warm water,lit bit dry ginger in your diet....there is no as such method to shorten your labour pain length
