Q.

#asktheexpert how should I keep my toddler’s teeth healthy? She has cavity on her front upper teeth. She is 3, I brush her teeth every morning & have stopped giving milk before she brushes, also she does gargle after every meal & drinks.

A. hello mam for cavity you need to visit a dentist as once cavity is formed there is nothing you can do at home. start brushing the teeth of your kid 2 times a day and you should brush your kids teeth yourself. do not give any sweet milk while sleeping or before sleeping
