Q.

#asktheexpert my kid has got brown stains on his upper front teeth.. can it be removed? he doesn't let us brush his teeth properly

A. Hi. these stains are due to lack of proper oral hygiene.. maintain a habit of brushing your kid's teeth twice daily using small head soft bristles toothbrush along with rice grain size amount of nonfluoridated flavoured age appropriate kids toothpaste.

A. hi it happens because of many reasons like taking iron supplements, nutritional deficiency, cavities etc. so please bursh your child teeth twice in a day with low flouride toothpaste. avoid giving sticky and sugary food. keep your child well hydrated avoid giving RO water provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day offer calcium rich food like ragi , nuts dairy products etc more. maintain good hygiene
