#AskTheExpert how much water should I make my 10 month old boy to drink in a day apart from the water used in mixing cerealac?

A. Hello good afternoon !! As baby is 10 months old less than a litre around 700-850 ml water is good . Along with water ,other fluids milk also considers.. As water is diluted in formula milk,or breast milk,malts... You can also give one fluid barley,malt,rice starch,coconut water ,dal water 50-80 ml in mid morning as summer has arrived for hydration ,to meet fluid intake.
