Continue Giving bm/fm in between and on demand.
You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli...
Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge, oats.
Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form.
Give wheat Dalia adding veggies.
curd rice, curd roti (soaked), Daal roti (mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies..
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and yes after the age if six months we should give our baby water and also you should give your baby upto four ounces of water or juice in a day.
