You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli...
Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge, oats.
Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form.
Give wheat Dalia adding veggies.
curd rice, curd roti (soaked), Daal roti (mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies..
You can add few drops of ghee and dry fruits Powder in each preparation to enhance nutritional value.
Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. hHey mommy babies between 6-12 months can be offered anywhere between 2-8oz of water. offer few tsp every hour or so. just fill up a sippy cup and let him have it when ever he needs it. however if he is on solids make sure he is getting some water post solids this prevent constipation.
