#AskTheExpert How much milk is sufficient for 1 month baby? Do we need to do strict 2 hour feeding?

A. Hello mom every baby tend to have their own capacity. Ideally 50 to 100 ML per feed about 6 to 8 times a day is advisable. If you are exclusively breastfeeding, the baby then it is suggested that you feed on demand as the quantity and quality of the feed is difficult to measure
