Hello, I am feeding my baby. He is 36 days old. I am not sure whether my milk is sufficient for him or not. sometimes he sleeps for 3 hours after feeding. sometimes after feeding he will ask for one more feeding with in one hour. How do I know my milk is sufficient or not. And if not how to improve my breast milk? please suggest me

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. it is ok .Breast milk is very necessary for the growing baby specially for the first 6 month of life and should be exclusively. If due to any reason not possible then only top milk should be given to the baby .
