#asktheexpert how many times ghee/butter can give to Riddhik in a week? He is 20kgs and 193cms. Is this height and weight ok for him?

ghee can be given in food half to 1 tspn in a day
if butter is homemade so either butter or ghee half to 1 tsp a day
