Should we give our child Butter and ghee with his daily food Abhinav is one year old?

A. yes, u cn gv..prefer homemade for The purpose of giving a gentle massage to your baby you can make use of any natural oil like coconut oil, almond oil, olive oil, sesame oil which ever you wish to. the massage should be given in a very gentle manner that relaxes your baby and puts him to a better sleep age, after 1 ur gradually you can start with all the foods you prepare at home ,which are easy to digest ,nutritious, less oily, less spicy. Keep including seasonal fruits vegetables proteins in the diet on regular basis. Keep giving few probiotics like curd buttermilk or yogurt. These are rich sources of natural probiotics.

A. Hi, Yeah! You should give it if baby is digesting it well. First give in small amount then gradually increase the amount. Give home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates protein calcium vitamins etc. Give nuts like cashew almond pista chhuhare etc for good immunity and strength.
