Hello mom after delivery whether it is the C-section or normal delivery at least 40 days you have to takeWrite Your Answer HereProper rest after that you should gradually starts moving towards normal life sometimes in the C-section mother is the face of difficulty but if you take care of your diet and stay hydrated and go for a little over yoga poses and stretching you will very soon get back to normal
