usually the mother need to breastfeed the child until the child will suck it continuously as some kids will succeed faster and will stop within few minutes and some may suck fir 20 to 30 minutes also.
so it is absolutely depends on the need of the child and also observe r the child , need to pass 6 to 8 times urine per day which indicates that the mother's breast milk is enough for the child
