RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. You can see a child should be sleeping for a minimum of 16 to 18 hours a Ina De and also I would say that for the best powder is going to be Shatavari powder it is going to be good enough you can take it twice or thrice in a day depending upon your need
