Hi mom Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment Try alternative therapy like homeopathic or Ayurveda Stay hydrated Wash your hands often before touching your baby Wear mask use hand sanitiser Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
