A. Sure if it has been suggested by the doctor then why not because in any of the ages if you are giving any medicine and yourself are not certain about it then you can consult your doctor before you give it to the child and if this is good for cold and has ever been suggested by the doctor to be given then you can give it in the right proportion as per the current age and weight of your child
