To lose weight, you need to follow a healthy diet for atleast 6 to 8 months
you can include skim milk, paneer, egg whites, Dal's , vegetables, fruits. in your diet
Avoid sugar, sweets., junk foods & fried foods.
exercise daily for atleast 45 mins.

Hello ma’am The only way to lose on your weight properly is to go for a workout as well as a diet because both the things we done together give you a better result over the period so in my opinion it would be best for you to start working out and take a diet from a professional as that will help you in a better manner
