regular walking will alsox help in decreasing the way as well as decreasing the tummy fat.
take proper amount of cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits for adequate calorie and protein requirement
drink plenxty of water for cleansing the system and improving metabolism.

to reduce your belly fat ,I would suggest to take homemade fiber rich food items more
for example
green veggies, fresh fruits,salad etc
avoid taking junk food items.
go for daily walk.
