#AskTheExpert how do I know if my milk is sufficient for my baby

A. Adequate wet diapers or nappies. Colorless and odourless urine minimum 6-7 times a day. If you have a good supply of milk then then the baby seeming lethargic and calm while feeding can be a sign that the tummy is full. If the baby is fussy after feeds, then he or she is still hungry or tummy is not full yet.

A. Hi mom If your baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, gaining weight then that means your baby is taking sufficient feed. Mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months
