ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Adequate wet diapers or nappies. Colorless and odourless urine minimum 6-7 times a day. If you have a good supply of milk then then the baby seeming lethargic and calm while feeding can be a sign that the tummy is full. If the baby is fussy after feeds, then he or she is still hungry or tummy is not full yet.

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom If your baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, gaining weight then that means your baby is taking sufficient feed. Mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months
