A. Adequate wet diapers or nappies. Colorless and odourless urine minimum 6-7 times a day. If you have a good supply of milk tthen then the baby seeming lethargic and calm while feeding can be a sign that the tummy is full. If the baby is fussy after feeds, then he or she is still hungry or tummy is not full yet.

A. keep a check on pee count and weight gain of the baby. minimum pee count throughout the day should be 8 and the baby should gain 200 gm per week for first three months and double the birth weight at the age of 6 months. if both the things are going well then it means the child is getting enough milk
