#AskTheExpert How do i increase my childs iron intake through food? She doesnt eat at all

A. green leafy vegetables lentils beans dates are all the rich source of iron and jaggery also contains good amount of iron moreover Vitamin C will be e required for proper absorption of dietary iron so give Vitamin C rich fruits
