Breast milk can be increased by doing few home remedies like in morning have cumin and fennel water soak then overnight and start taking shatavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals and massage your breast towards nipple and keep feeding the baby and make more skin to skin contact with baby

Aditi SinhaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi, food like fenugreek, oatmeal, garlic, fennel seed, sabudana etc are know to increase the milk supply. Ensure you take proper meal and rest. also have enough water. Let the baby latch on both breast to get proper milk supply to baby. Thanks
