Hi mommy Take well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein Squeeze your nipples frequently More sucking leads to more milk The more relaxed you are while breastfeeding, the better your milk will flow Take lactogen tablet to increase your milk Make sure your chair or bed is comfortable and try to remove any distractions
